introduce myself. I am an entrepreneur and seasoned business
professional uniquely qualified with a wealth of knowledge and
valuable experience. I believe in a team approach that is rooted
in more than fifteen years of experience, and reflective in my vision
and launch of Member Services Cooperative (MSC). The success of MSC is due to
participating solution providers believing that if they work together
to promote improved customer service, they can all achieve a level of
success for a common customer that no company individually could
achieve on their own.

I am Managing Partner of Integrated Contact Technologies Group,
LLC. I am also an equal Partner with GiveWithoutGiving, LLC, an
organization specializing in alternative fundraising for both
non-profit organizations and corporate sponsors. I also work
with Quality Water Systems to help develop their commercial accounts. Quality Water Systems is owned by the Unruh Family with their home
office located in Hutchinson, KS, and remote offices in Wichita and
Overland Park.
I began my
professional career as a consultant for Instant Access Imaging, an
emerging company specializing in medical imaging solutions for small
and medium-sized MD/DC clinics. In an interim phase of my
professional development, I taught computer education classes at New
Horizons Computer Learning Center. I then took a position
as a Business Integration consultant for Deloitte & Touche Consulting
Group / DRT Systems. My next endeavor was with Sprint PCS as a
Systems Analyst and Software Engineer for the Application / Web
Development group. I then moved on to accept the position of
Director of Internet Technologies for CENTRIQ, a consultancy
specializing in the improvement of customer service through applied
technologies. CENTRIQ was eventually sold to new ownership, so
I organized a team of engineers and project managers and offered
the team as a "plug-n-play business unit" to Iconixx
Telecommunications Solutions Group, Inc. to launch their Advanced
Contact Technologies division. My team generated more than
$430k in revenue in their first six months of operation. Soon
thereafter Iconixx Business Solutions Group chose to close their
Kansas City office due to the decline in their staff augmentation
business, I took that opportunity to launch Integrated Contact
Technologies Group, LLC as a continuation of my passion towards the
industry.
